How long will it be before a school buys out a contract of someone who isn't even head coach yet? 
  Ok, so there are about half a dozen guys who've been promised the head coaching job as soon as the current head coach retires. How long will it be before a college buys out the contract of one of those guys before he even becomes head coach? I'm guessing 3 years. Carl Banks
