dishwasher smell

Usually I run the dishwasher and when it's done I prop the door open to let the dishes air-dry. Pot roast dinner

I picked up two small boneless shoulder roasts this afternoon, one for us, one for a meal for friends. I nearly choked on the price of them -- holy crap, they were $4.29/lb! 	Using the Car Boot as a Cooler.
	Back in the UK Master Chef Delia Smith recently advocated leaving a dish of cooked turkey legs in the car boot *overnight* to cool before being properly refrigerated if eaten cold!
