Users must be at least 13 years of age to join MySpace. Your profile may be deleted and your Membership may be terminated without warning, if we believe that you are under 13 years of age or if we believe you are 13 through 17 years of age and you represent yourself as 18 or older.
If you believe you have seen a user under 13 years of age on MySpace.com, or a user who is 13 through 17 years of age and is representing themselves as 18 or older, please contact us with the URL or friend ID number and we will remove it.
