Elaine graduated with a degree in Molecular and Cell Biology, but somewhere along the way discovered that she prefers the culture of online social networking to the cultures found growing in Petri dishes. And speaking of dishes, fabulous edible dishes are one of Elaine's specialties. Considered somewhat of a culinary diva at her college co-op, creating memorable meals ranks high on Elaine's list of hobbies.

A lifelong San Francisco Bay Area resident, Elaine enjoys exploring the foodie landscape of San Francisco and its surroundings. She likes exploring and has done some traveling. Elaine dreams of someday returning to Spain for a meal at El Bulli.

When Elaine isn’t at the office with a chronic case of hiccups (she’s been hiccupping every day since starting at Bebo), she can be found at a local farmer’s market, spending time with family and friends, or out for drinks with the other Beboers.
