Career Questions and Answers
What kind of career should I look for?
Asked by Leesa H
I recently graduated at the end of term with a BA in political science but don't want to get involved in politics. I'm also not interested in getting any more education in that field.
I have lots of interests like yoga, cooking, crafts and art in general. I want to have a good job that sounds impressive but don't really want a high pressure position with a lot of stress. I'd like to be able to travel too, either for work or just to have time for travel outside of the job.
Any ideas?

Great question, you should pursue your interests in yoga, cooking and crafts. You may be inspired there to get an idea for your career. I wish there was a handbook that guided us after college, but we're ultimately left to ourselves. There are no formulas or cure-all solutions. It's really about finding what you like best and going at it 100 percent.

My niece has a degree in business and is in Pharmaceutical Sales. She's not tied to a desk job and does have the opportunity to travel. And she earns a good income.
Have you sought out some type of career counseling? Doing so may help point you in the right direction.

Pharm sales is incredibly lucrative but....what you are looking for girlfriend, can only be accomplished by being "self employed".
I set my own hours, I make excellent money, and I travel the world. I started here http://www.howtogooru.com/Auto-Pilot-Income.html
Now, I know you are smart, so don't be turned away by the hype at first sight. This is legit. This guy is really just "trading" a big website that generates HUGE money, for an advertisement placement on all the pages for his new book. After he sets everything up for you, you can remove the link if you want. I didn't simply because it is nothing weird (it actually helped me straighten out some finance issues I had) and he puts the link all the way at the bottom. Also, once it is set up, you have complete control, yet if you need any help, you can pick up the phone and call him!
Whatever you decide, good luck to you!
